MiFOOD partner Tiana Bakić Hayden in Mexico co-edits a book with Joaquin Pérez Martin entitled” Urban Food Systems in Latin America: Territories, Mobilities and Administration Drawing on studies and theoretical methods created by scholars and professionals from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador and Mexico, this publication provides a Latin American point of view on international discussions bordering the role of cities in making sure food access to urban populaces.
